A comfortable pause

Sit comfortably and let your breathing stay gentle. The timer is a guide, not a target you need to reach. Shorten the phases or return to your usual breathing if the rhythm feels uncomfortable. Choose the exercise without holds if you prefer.

Stop if you feel dizzy or short of breath. These tools support a relaxation practice; they do not diagnose or treat a condition. If you have a condition that affects breathing, ask your clinician which exercises are appropriate for you.
